Capricious Spirits - Prisoner of Myself

I have Made A Life

I have made a life I enjoy, in which I take pleasure and find satisfaction, in which I learn, grow, relate to God, see spirits and angels. A life in which I waste, dissipate, miss opportunities, break rules, sin. I am the prisoner of the life I have made. I am a prisoner of my life.

I Take on Responsibilities

It is the nature of growth to become responsible for one thing or another. A project, an employee, a child. The responsibility requires routine, practices, attention, which are its creation. I am a prisoner of my responsibilities and routines.

God(s) and the Spirits Demand to be Known

They require rituals, discernment, communication. One must listen to hear their message, must act to realize their path. They place in one's path teachers and students and peers. Our spiritual circle. Through devotion, our circle enlightens our spirit self. Without following its practices, our circle does not deliver meaning. I am their prisoner.

My Selves

My body, my monkey self, makes his own demands. Monkey requires food, sleep, social relations, lordship and bondage, and routines. When properly attended to, monkey is a source of strength and balance. Attempting to attend to monkey is another routine.

My psycho self makes its own demands. As my other selves.

My life becomes their prisoner. Prisoner of my many selves. Prisoner of Myself.
